Description:
1949 Willy's wagon project vehicle. This was an Arizona vehicle with little rust. I Have changed the running gear over to 1980 International Harvester Scout ll. It has 3.3L turbo diesel engine 4 speed granny low transmission. Dana 44 axles, these have been rebuilt with True Track lockers and new 4.30 gears. All the bearings seals u joints have been replaced. Ball joints and breaks are new, rotors, calipers and drums. I have new master cylinder and brake booster. The engine has not been started as of yet, but the odometer says it has 41000. miles . I just bought a new started for it and to get it running. No radiator or alternator. I have $8000.00 invested and I have lost interest in the project. I just want my garage back.

The motor mounts are done, but the cross member mount still need to be done. The steering box needs to be fitted. All the axles have been rebuilt wit all new bearings gears and lockers. I have all the break parts including the booster and master. All new drums and rotters. I have a brand new starter for the motor. I have never started this engine so I have no idea if it runs. I am sure it does, but I have not tried to start it. The odometer says 41000 miles.” |
