This is a beautiful example of a 1965 Austin Healey 3000 BJ8. It runs great and has been cared for beyond the 6 years I have owned it. Top, dash, king pins, splines, steering mechanism, radiator, fan, exhaust (SS) and more have all been upgraded or replaced since 2013. Trunk tray was replaced and the car is free of any blemishes save for one small ding on left front fender (see picture). Former owner believes the car was resprayed at some time and paint shows some mild cracking upon closer inspection. Original knock off wheels. Car was purchased on Ebay for $48k and has had $20k+ of work since purchase. Seats have some splits and could use some care, but otherwise the car is in excellent condition. It is not concours quality, but otherwise a weekend show car without a doubt. Always get smiles when driving. The bad news is that I am not a mechanic so I may not be able to answer all your questions. The good news is that since i am not a mechanic, all the work has been done professionally. This is a terrific car.
