I bought this car initially for a good summer evening car. However, garage space is a premium with 3 new young drivers. So, I am going to have to let this one go. I have not done everything to it that I would have liked. I would replace the injectors and rail (130.00) and more than likely the pre-pump in the gas tank (40.00) and while the tank was down, clean it and coat it (140.00). The car will start and idle and but when driving under a load the engine bogs down. I threw it on the trailer and sent it off to an import shop here in Peoria IL.. they are known for their work on Alfa Romeo's. They did a front to back check on the car, and they said the engine is good, strong, compressions are where they should be, however it is starving for fuel at a higher RPM. So, they told me the components to replace (Listed above here) and it should resolve the issues. I kept telling myself I would do, and just haven't had the time, and youngsters have license and permits... so they are growing up faster than I can find time to get hobbies taken care of.
