1986 Tropper 2 2 doors in real good condition, body in excellent condition. No rust at all never been around salt of any kind.This what I have done to the truck in the last two years. New engine 40.over, Brand new cly head out of box never been used before now, after market heavy duty. Every thing in the engine is to specs. water pump, alt, brake power booster, master break cly, two stage webber carb, heater core, heater control valve. The radiator professional cleaned cores. all new rear drive shaft u-joints, new carrier bearing [rear drive shaft]'' front right outer c-v axle boot. New clutch and pressure plate pilot bearing and throw out bearing. What it still needs, AC is all there but does not work. The compressor works but there is a leak in the system, will not hold a vacuum. Every thing else is in good condition and needs nothing. I have seat covers on front seats they need to be redone. Back seats are ok.
The rest of the interior needs to be cleaned a little but is in good shape. Has rubber factory floor mats all are good. All door hinges are good no sagging doors on truck2.3 four cly, 5 speed manual 4x4 with hi and low range. Has power steering, power brakes, AC, heat. The speedo is showing 240.000. the drive line is in great shape with no leaks. The new engine now has about 500 miles on it and will be due for the break in oil change. New Paint job. I've been in the auto repair for over 40 years ASE master tech at one time.
