A little about the car:
It was built with ~74, 000 miles on the car in May of 2015 by Fastech in Knoxville (if you want to ask them about the car it was Jacob Elder’s car). I have the build sheet to go with the car $20, 000 on the build sheet. I don’t drive it a ton and I really don’t drive it hard. It will take the abuse you can throw at it. It is built to handle anything.
I got it retuned by my tuner and we got it up to 500whp on a precision 6066. The crank case and head breathers were plumbed kinda strange and I had a ton of blow by which I assumed was the precision turbo. That however was not the case as the new Comp CT4x had blow by also. So I added an additional oil catch can and separated the crank breather from the head breathers and haven’t had any issues with blow by since.
Got retuned here recently and made a good bit of power, I don’t have a dynograph for that tune as it was a street tune and personally I like street tunes better. The butt dyno says it is somewhere in the neighborhood of 550 whp.
It is currently my daily driver and I have no issues driving it everyday. It drives like a stock car and will outrun almost anything that you would see on a daily basis.
Recent maintenance:
· New power steering pump, lines, and steering rack. 5/15/16
· Spark plugs 7/16/16
· Oil Change 7/29/16
· New fuel pump seal 6/20/16
Parts that will come with car:
· Precision Turbo 6066 with the original tune for 420whp
· Fog light covers in black (silver are installed)
The Bad:
· The previous owner was not very good at the lowered car thing, the front bumper is pretty beat up on the bottom. I remedied this to my liking with a ziptie stitch.
· There are a few paint chips that have been fixed with touch-up paint.
·
· Someone stole my radio and took the boost gauge sending unit. So there are still three gauges in the pod but only Oil Pres. and AFR current show reading.
·
If the gas is filled to full, you can smell some gasoline vapors, never really bothered me as I never fill it up past 3/4
As with all cars of this level of modification, I am probably forgetting something.
