| “California Car no rust. It shows some normal scratches as the restoration was done about 5 years ago according to the last owner. Starts and runs very well. The body and interior are in very good shape. It is a California car and did not come with a top or working windshield wipers. It never gets driven in any bad weather. Car is kept under cover. Car does not have seat belts as they weren't required back then! Parts are readily available to customize these or restore them as original online. Just fixed the head gasket leak, but it is British, so it may have some small leaks of oil. The brakes work, but require a lot of effort. Some scratches and chips just from being driven. One of the lenses on the front is cracked but they are readily available online for about $40. It's almost 50 years old, and it is really fun to drive. After market Ansa exhaust really it makes this Sprite sound amazing! It gets smiles and praise from people of all ages.” |
