This M5 is one of 42 in the world with a 5.8L Dinan Stroker motor and required Carbon cold air intake producing approximately 600hp and 458 ft.lbs. This machine pulls furiously straight up to the 8, 400 rpm redline. To build this vehicle on your own would cost you $70, 000. She has a top speed of over 200 mph and will hit sixty in approximately 3.7 sec. Dinan is the only aftermarket manufacturer sold, installed and maintained by BMW Dealership and matches BMW Warranties. The engine was swapped in around at around 47, 000 Miles so the engine is still young. Otherwise, this machine is a prime example of a M Legend! There are newish Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires installed at 60, 000 miles. She is a great machine and I hate to sell her but with a second kid on the way it is time. | “The Vehicle is in great shape. Has never been in any accidents. Recently check out by BMW. Always services by BMW. Outside issues: There is some road rash on the front fascia and a few scratches here and there but overall in better shape then you would expect for a 10 year old vehicle. There is a slight bump to the rear bumper from misjudging the distance to a stone wall going almost 0 mph. Body shop quote $650 to repair incl. scratched but functioning sensor. There is a door ding on the driver-side rear fender arch (no picture) Inside Issue: Wrinkle in the base of the drivers seat leather. Common with this vehicle and the leather. Small scratch on SMG knob. Only has one comfort access key - Orig. Owner lost. All M5 door sills look ok but could be replaced to make care perfect. Drivers Thigh bolster motor works but need to be replaced. I don't adjust so never bothered replacing.” |
