Buick LeSabre (2003)

Price: US $4,800.00

Description:

You are bidding on a 2003 Buick Lesebra Custom. I have owned this car for about three years and have always changed oil at 3, 000. I have also had the following done in the way of repairs. This past week installed a new battery $186.00 (ye they are going up). I purchased this car at an estate auction, the previous owner was an ederly lady, and had bumped into the corners of her garage on both sides of the car, which did light damage to each corner of the car. In addition had another corner damaged in light accident (see Autocheck) report. I had this repaired at a local reputable body shop, and in doing so the repair shop recommended painting the entire care except the roof to ensure best possible paint matching. So I had the entire car painted including the front and rear bumper covers, except the roof, this cost about $2800.00. When I purchased this car, it had 30, 000 miles on it, however the A/C failed. I had this repaired at a cost of about $700.00, the compressor, lines and evap. coil were replaced with all new parts and of course R-134. At the same time of this repair I also had the transmission line(s) replaced and the transmission fluid filter and flushed. About one year ago, I had the intake plenum replaced, thermostat and cooling flushed, and a new water pump (replaced water pump even though it did not need one, but since tore down to do the intake, it made since to go ahead and replace the water pump. In addition I had the O ring and fittings replaced that pass coolant through the belt tensioner bracket. The intake plenum and the fittings that I replaced are very common to need replacing on the GM 3.8L engines. The replacements that I had made were with the improved design. This cost was about $600.00. About 1 year ago or less, I replaced the tires with Goodyear Assurance tires and front end alignment, cost about $650.00. At about 40, 000 miles I replaced the rotor's and brake pad's on the front and rear. It is now time for the front to be replaced again and I will leave that to the new owner. I also replaced one of the rear brake lines, from the rear to the front of the car when I did the brakes 2 1/2 years ago. Their are no check engine lights or ABS lights that have ever came on. The only issue as far as warnings go, every since I have had the car the digital display will show to check oil, but after you hit reset button that message goes away and only comes back on after you shut the car off and restart it hours later. This has been checked out and is a faulty sensor or wire coming from the sensor, no big deal been like this since I have owned the car. Nice thing is the digital display will also show oil pressure normal. This car also has a class II hitch put on by Uhaul a couple years ago, I only rarely pulled a small utility trailer locally with this. Not much else to say about this car, except reason I'am selling it is, I'am in the market for a SUV style vehicle that can be toad behind an RV. Now for my amature sales pitch, when looking at other cars, how many sellers can give you the kind of detail about the maintenance and repairs that I have done here. This is for pickup only in central Ohio, 30 mile east of Columbus. Please pay a $100.00 deposit within 48 hours via Paypal and balance upon pickup via cash or other arrangements.
Late Note: I cleaned this car inside and out and left out the pictures of the floor mats, which are included but not pictured. Fresh oil change just two days ago. The passenger rear door lock does not work. I'am still driving this car so miles will change. I will keep insurance on this car until Midnight of the day you pick it up. If you buy this car within the next day or two it has nearly a full tank of gas, but no gurantee how much it will have after a few days as mentioned I'am still driving it. When you come to pick this car up and if not satisfied, then we can do a mutual cancellation of the deal with no hard feelings. You are welcome to drive the car before payment in full. If not satisfied I will refund your deposit. This is also for sale locally, however if their is a bid on it, I will not end the auction early regardless of any local offer(s).
6/24/2015: Disregard mention that front brakes are needed. I will replaced the front rotor's and brake pads, and replace the drivers side torsion bar connector link and bushings. Just done this 6/29/2015. This is a relist due to not only a non-paying bidder, but also a non-responding bidder.
