There probably are even more newer things in the car than what's listed. A lot of work was done on this car. The car drives as good as a 41 year old car could because it has been cared for and well maintained. This is not one that was sitting for 20 years and got a fast tune up, it truly is a great driver. It only has been a summer car and has been garaged. It has not seen winter. It drives so well it could even be your daily driver.
I also put a new standalone stereo system in the back in 2014 because I wanted to get a period correct radio but never got around to it. Replaced speakers in the kicker panels as well.
That being said, the car is by no means in perfect condition. It runs and drives PERFECTLY, shifts smoothly, super responsive, but has it's fair share of issues that I would like to disclose (mainly cosmetics).
The Bad
1/2 inch ding in car Paint shows signs of wear, stress cracks, some bubbles in the paint, a few scratches. The majority of these would be worked out with a buff and wax.Tachometer does not workAC does not workLeft turn signal indicator light on dash does not workFront left headlight will not pop up on its own due to a crack in the vacuum tubeNo radio in dashThe car has been great to me and is a real head turner. The winning bidder to pay a $500 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of the auction end. Balance is due (bank check, bank wire, cash) within 7 days of the auctions completion.
