I bought this Daewoo Leganza for $537 and thought I could get her up and running with a new battery and some front end work. After the battery and new sway bar, I noticed she was leaking oil, so we added a new valve cover and gasket. I took it up to the car wash to get her all cleaned up for pictures and it overheated. I had it checked out and a tube from the radiator hose that goes into the intake was leaking, so I ordered one from a Korean dealership and had it installed. She built up pressure and the head gasket went and now I'm done spending any more money and need to cut my loses. I spent $800 in parts and labor so my $1, 237 loss is your gain. The car looks good, has no rust and might be worth replacing the head gasket for a nice piece of transportation. However, that written, it's being sold in non-running condition and as is with no warranties expressed or implied. All further repairs will be the responsibility of the new owner. The car should be towed out and I'll be happy to help with setting up a mutually convenient time for pick up. Please understand that I'm selling the car with no reserve and ANY bid is a legally binding contract to buy it, so ask any and all questions before you enter into the fray.
