This is a Very Rare, One Owner Original California 240Z in excellent unrestored low mile condition. Classic Z car has been been very well preserved and maintained. This is a very collectable and correct low vin, early series 1 Z. It has cold AC and an UNCRACKED DASH!!! Z cars with these period correct features and options are extremely rare, especially in this condition. Looks, runs, feels, and drives fantastic. Excellent weekend cruiser or addition to any collection. . daily driver if you like while it increases in value... :) A true head turner and a blast to drive.
Body is super straight with no collision damage that I can see. It is 99% rust free with the exception of a few tiny bubbles by the upper rear hatch and the floors have received some minor patch work... Theyre ok for a driver condition car but you may want to address if youre going to restore to show quality. Fit and finish are excellent. Very nice driver quality repaint in original Datsun Emerald green presents beautifully with only minor blemishes. Period correct mag wheels and good tires.
Interior is Excellent as well. Seats, Panels, carpet and headliner all look great... Dash has no cracks!!! Gauges and electronics work properly except the clock ( of course). Cold AC!! Has a period cassette radio that is not hooked up and I should have an original radio somewhere for it as well if desired.
Matching numbers Motor starts, runs, and idles excellent... Super responsive and nicely tuned. 4 Speed trans shifts smooth through the gears. Freshly serviced. Suspension feels tight and handles excellent. Goes down the road straight with no wiggles, shimmies, or shakes... Stops straight and sure. EXCELLENT, FAST driver.
Overall this is a Super nice little classic Z in fantastic condition all around... it is beautifully restored. Awesome weekend cruiser, show car, or addition to any collection. I am a Z collector... this is a great one for any Z car enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool, original vintage sports car at a great price.
