Description:
Fuel System replaced; all four wheels brakes complete rebuild. Could use the cooling fan upgrade patch (easy and cheap kit for sale at Delorean.com), hose for wiper fluid needs replacing (Never drove in the rain), garage kept. Could also use tranny filter rinsed. Tires are 80 percent, headliner 80 percent. Comes with a flat screen and speaker stereo system that installs with out drilling any holes in the car, behind the seats (within the netting). The cars stainless shines to the point it hurts to look at in the sunlight. Featured on the chive.

| “Up for sale is this rare 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 Auto, gas flap stamped creased hood, serial number 1929, Just under 43,000 original miles, 38K in California. Original purchaser was the Howard Hughes Aircraft Co. All Original. Lots of extras and BTTF stuff; comes with DMC keys, original books, shop repair manual, parts catalog, and some spare parts. Toys ect. This DeLorean runs and drives well, just drove it 8 hour to the Hamptons and back. Everything works including the AC (compressor leaks), windows, lights, odometer, speedometer, tachometer, coolant temp gauge, volt meter, radio, etc. The only thing that does not work is the gas gauge. Clean and straight . The only real interior blemish is the three blemishes in the seat leather, headliner is 80% ($15 fix in material). Dash is perfect. Tiny ding in driver side rocker area, I owned the car for months before I ever saw it, tiny!, Clear car fax with detailed recoreds since purchase for over $26K. High quality DeLorean car cover like new.” |
