Description:

Up for auction is a very nice, clean 1978 Fiat Spider.
The motor is a 1800 cc with 53297 miles.
The dash is in excellent condition with a wood steering wheel.
A red exterior color, with a very clean off white interior. This car at some time has been repainted, to it's original color.
The convertible top is a light tan color. It is in excellent condition with no rips or tears.
Car has a clean title, no liens.
The work done on this car is as follows:
New Radiator and thermostat.
Carburetor has been rebuilt, new steering damper.
Rebuilt brake calipers, new shocks.
New clutch and throw out bearing.
All new seals for motor, tranny and rear end.
Tires are in good condition with lots of thread remaining.
Instruments: Headlights, high/low beams, temp, clock, speed o, tach, turn signals, wipers all work both speeds.
Blower fan high/low, inside lights/maplight, gas gauge all work. Heater has 2 speeds, high/low and does work.
Four way flashers do not work, NOS switch in place, but needs to be wired in.
Body is solid, floor pans, sub-rails door bottoms and fender wells have no rot or rust. Doors open and close easily. Manual windows roll and down, vent windows all work.
Glass is in excellent condition, but the windshield does have some small stone chips. Wheel Rims and bumpers are in good condition, but does show some wear.
Interior is original and is in good condition with no rips or tears on seats. Both seats backs recline and fold forward easily. No rips, tears or bald spots or stains in carpet or carpet mats.
Dashboard wood, dashboard and wooden steering wheel are in excellent condition.
This car was a limited use and never driven in bad weather.
