I'm selling my 2005 Jaguar X-type VDP edition, I've used it lightly for about 10 month and made around 7000 miles on it. I hate to sell it, but it's my 4th vehicle and I don't have so much parking space now.
The car is very smooth and solid you as you can see on the pictures. This is not a regular X-type, that one has VDP package it includes: Original 17 rims, piped accented seats, driver memory seat, different wood trim (looks much better than regular), premium Alpine audio system with CD-changer. 3.0 liter 227 HP engine delivers very smooth torque in all RPM range and all-time AWD system makes you feel comfort in all weather conditions. Average MPG is 25 on the highway at 80 MPH speeds and around 20 in the city.
Maintenance performed recently:
1. New premium battery
2. New premium spark plugs.
3. All new intake manifold gaskets and vacuum hose.
4. New oil pan gasket (The leaks there are common for Jugs and it's really expensive labor, because the transfer case has to be removed).
5. New control arms.
6. New brakes (rotors and pads) rear and front.
7. Wheel alignment.
The car is ready to drive anywhere, premium Continental tires have 70-80% live left. No, warning lights, everything works like it should. Some minor dings and scratches here and there, normal for its age. You are welcome to test drive any time by appointment. You'll love it once you you'll see it!
