1990 Delta Integrale 16v
No sense in going through all the details about this car’s history and pedigree. If you’re reading this you probably know it and if not, you should research it, it’s a car worth knowing. The Integrale’s racing history is astonishing, suffice to say in Italy, its called “la mitica” the “the legendary”.
This model is as original as you will find for a 25 year old car. The engine is un-altered, the interior is the original alcantara fabric and the carpets, lighting, wheels and badging are all stock.
The odometer shows 115, 671 km ( 71, 874mi) about 29, 000km more than when I purchased it, a bit more than 6 years ago. This car deserves to be driven, its great fun and an absolute pleasure to drive. Its registered in Maine and bears antique plates. You can drive it home.
The body is straight, rust free and in great condition. There are 1 or 2 very minor scratches and dings, I do drive it regularly around town and on errands, but for a 25year old car it’s excellent.
The engine starts and runs perfectly. There are no fluid leaks and everything works as it should. The only exception is that the air conditioning compressor clutch blows its fuse and I have not yet sorted this out.
The only modifications from original are the addition of Koni adjustable struts with a stiffening bar across the top of the front strut mounts and a replacement muffler with a single tailpipe.
The engine was rebuilt in 2009 all belts, gaskets, seals, and hoses were replaced. The clutch and slave cylinder was replaced as was the water pump, thermostat, hoses and radiator. Other regular repairs include brake pads, front rotors, brake hoses, and CV joints. I have detailed maintenance records and a complete set of shop and owners manuals.
I’ve tried to ensure the photos cover all aspects of the car, but if you have any questions please let me know and I’ll post additional photos. I have also posted a brief video at this link. I’m moving to Italy this Fall and had planned to bring the car with me, but it probably deserves to be here, where others can see and enjoy it.
