They made a journey from Amsterdam to the fronzen lakes and snow white mountains of Norway. Not only for the fun, but mainly because this is the location where most big car brands from Europe (Audi, BMW, Porsche, Bentley etc.) test their new beauties. With this trip they have proven that the cars they build are not only beautifully designed but also able to perform well and stay reliable under the most extreme conditions!

The engine with only 1500 miles on it, is completely rebuilt, as well as the whole drive-train plus the brake system and premium upgraded suspension. Local Texas car guys who have ridden in her can't believe how smooth the ride! I bought this beauty from the well-known Defender restoration company: The-Landrovers from Europe. They did such an incredible job for me, that I decided to sell this one and let them build me a D90 convertible for my wife and a D110 Crew Cab as in the latest James Bond movie SPECTRE for myself.

Exterior The SILVERSNOW has undergone a full frame off restoration and is finished in the top quality Spies Hecker custom paint, inside and outside. Encompassing two layers of aluminum primer, base coat, color coat and clear coat.
New doors: to prevent the well know problem of galvanic corrosion, all 4 doors are replaced by new ones.
A Safety Devices anti roll bar is installed over the truck bed. The truck bed itself is done with genuine teak wood RIVA style.
Interior The interior is completely redone. After its fresh paint job it got new carpeting, speakers and subwoofers where installed plus the most expensive and brand new EXMOOR TRIM Diamond XS seats (4X) plus matching cubby boxes with cup holders (2X). All new seat belts, aluminum gear knobs, Bluetooth radio and interior light.
The headliner is redone with black suede. As well as the 4 door cards.
A brand new A/C system is fitted which can keep the Defender cool on warm sunny days.
Wheels & tires Five brand new 18 inch “Boost Alloy” mat black wheels with General Grabber AT2 tires.
4X 30mm aluminum wheel spacers.
Chassis The chassis has been cleaned to bare metal and rust treated, painted and coated to ensure the best possible protection, to last at least another 25 years!

Engine
The complete engine is reconditioned. All parts that are subject to wear were replaced, such as valves, rubbers, gaskets, timing, water pump, hoses, belts, spark plugs, spark leads, air filters and so on.
Further new parts in the engine bay are amongst others: radiator, oil filter, clutch system, release bearing and blower fan.
Brakes and Suspension The whole brakes and suspension system has been rebuild, including:
Brake pipes, cylinders, calipers, disks, pads, shoes and hoses..
Front and rear Axle: On the front axle we placed new swivels and CV joints, on front and rear axle: drive axles and hubs including all seals and bearings.
Suspension: Heavy Duty springs, shocks, mountings and bushes. All new!
