This special edition is known throughout the Land Rover enthusiasts as the most collectable of all the NAS Classics. It was introduced in June of 1994 and was fully optioned. They all had Aspen Silver Metallic paint and Ash Gray Connolly leather, embossed 25th Anniversary logo on the front head rests and a 25th Anniversary Edition badge on the tailgate. This is the last year this body style was produced, and only year which has the updated dashboard. OEM special edition wheels were made by TWR. One of these just sold on eBay recently for over $16000 and they're only going to continue to climb in value.
Up for sale again as the previous bidder did not come through. I am the third owner, and always has been a southern car and never modded or used for off roading. Most of the classics are plagued by rust but not this one, only a small ~3 inch area of the lower left of the tailgate would need attention (see pics). The paint is original and patina, loosing luster in some areas. It shifts very smooth, pulls strong, doesn't smoke, starts fine every time. Recent work includes, replaced the electronic air suspension (EAS) with Terrafirma coil overs and steering stabilizer, but I have the original equipment to bring back to air suspension if the new owner wants...everything works and is still installed, except they will need new air bladders. I have the original OEM tonneau cover and rare OEM rook rack, and the original owner’s manual with recent maintenance records and locking key fob. New Hella 500FF lights on OEM brush guard. Has a new alternator and coil, plugs and wires, new stainless steel brake lines and fuel filter. Fresh oil and transmission oil change. Michelin LTX M/S tires have about 60-70% tread left. No rips or tears in the interior, non-smoker, no smells, carpet in excellent condition, headliner is good, sunroof works fine, OEM Harmon-Kardon stereo and speakers. All electrics work except driver power seat & mirrors (common failure for the seat ECU to go out...the motor and switches are actually fine and work if you use an external power source to move the seat). The A/C works but doesn't hold a charge for long. Will need new external window seals if you want to restore to 100%. I have a new replacement lucky8 Land Rover muffler that will ship with the car. Front window is cracked but not in view. Passes TN emissions test with no problems.
Needs:
CEL and SRS light on; common and most trucks that don’t have these lights on means you better check to see if a bulb is still there
Eventually will want to replace the window seals on rear sides and rear hatch
A/C doesn’t hold a charge for long
Ignition will be finicky for the first couple of times you try it, then you get used to it. Locksmith could fix this if you needed, it never bothered me.
cruise control doesn't work
6-disc changer works intermittently
driver seat and mirrors would need the seat ECU if you want to power the seat by the switch (motor and switch are fine, common failure on these)

No offroading other than light trail/gravel roads. The body is straight, frame is straight, runs great. It is a daily driver and meant to be driven, not stored in a showroom. If you want to bring it to Mecum or showroom condition, you could with a little work. But look at the pictures, I am pointing out everything to be as honest as possible.
PLEASE ask questions...and keep in mind this is a 20 year old truck...it is not perfect nor am I presenting it that way. But it is one of the finest rust free NAS RRCs you will ever find. If you know what these are, now’s the chance to own one.
