Condition / This Mercedes spent its first 12 years in Florida. Presently the sunroof doesn't work and the transmission is slipping badly. It is driveable with the transmission in this condition but painfully so. Even though there is rust [front fenders have small perforations], the floor is very solid [partly due from leaky transmission fluid]. It handles and drives like a true Mercedes - no shakes or shimmys - drives perfectly straight. There are 2 sets of rims and snow tires. The summer tires are about 80% life remaining. A few months ago a new battery was installed and a new windshield was put in not too long ago. Upgraded to European headlights. This car was cared for by a Mercedes mechanic who took care of it in my garage anytime it needed anything. However, he has moved away and so I've decided to sell. It certainly needs some tender loving care care but could be restored to be a great car. I will deliver this car any reasonable distance just for the cost of fuel.
