Truly a reliable original 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente convertible. Drive anywhere. Garage kept. 289 V8, power steering, A/C, power brake booster. Original AM radio with an added FM tuner. Speaker has been refurbished and works. Recently replaced gas tank and PS pump. Needs a/c pressure hose and freon charge, otherwise all systems work fine. This car cranks first time every time. I have driven it to shows 700 miles away and it has not let me down.This is a beautiful example of a car that draws attention everywhere it goes. I have owned it for 16 years and now it is time to pass it on to someone who can enjoy it as much as I have.Buyer is responsible for pickup or delivery. The power top mechanism works fine but has two small tears that have been professional stitched.
