The car is a 3 owner car with an original 38, 290 miles and has always been in California. The car has been in storage since 1974 and hasn't been on the road since, I have the 1974 registration and black California license plate as support.
In the last year the car was completely taken apart and was media blasted (both sides of the body panels, the exterior body, the interior, the engine compartment and whole front section of the frame). Then the car was primered.
The original flathead v8 engine was completely disassembled and rebuild by a well known engine machine shop just recently in September. I have the paperwork of the work that was done to the engine. If you've ever tried rebuilding a flathead v8 engine, you know that it is very expensive.
The car at this point is a blank canvas for the next owner to take it any direction he or she wants. I was planning to completely restore the car to how it was when it was new. The car does have a couple rust spots around the cars body panels but the rust was killed when media blasted. The floors pans are completely solid. The trunk floor pan is solid as well besides a small area on the rear driver side around the gas fill tunnel.
The body panels where bolted back on the car so it could be easily transported. The car is mostly complete and original. I have most of the parts that came off the car and the original stainless and chrome. I have a couple new parts for the car. I included a picture of what the car looked like before it was taken apart.
