This is a rare example (one of only 8500 produced) of a beautiful custom 41 Merc Convertible. It's fair to say this is one of one and there is not another like it. It was well loved and taken care off until the owner's passing. His wife says it's time to sell the car, so I'm assisting her. I'll do my best to answer your questions or get an answer for you. Car was recently detailed and serviced. Both brake master cylinders were replaced. Drives well. If you want a car that turns heads, this is it. The paint is beautiful and the exterior/interior combination will take your breath away. I'm a sports car nut, but if I had room in my garage I'd consider putting this car in it!

351 cu.in. Ford, Balanced, Edelbrock Intake and Carb. HTP Coated Headers, Flowcooler Water Pump
TRANS:
C-4 with Kit and External Cooler
CHASSIS:
Mustang front with power steering and 11 in. brakes, 9 in. with Lincoln rear with disc brakes, Tilton Dual Cylinder brake system with balance bar adjustments, stainless mufflers and coated exhaust. Very detailed through Billet Specialities wheels, Goodyear Eagle Tires.
BODY:
Many body mods including molded fenders, custom tail lights, 3 in. chopped folding Hartz Cloth top, Custom Dash with Teleflex back lighted gauges tilt wheel, cruise control, AC, heat, power windows, electric trunk release, remote Entry (door locks), Security Start System, under dash finished (panel drops to access wiring panel), tinted glass, Billet Specialities steering wheel, Alpine CD, rear mounted battery with shutoff switch, remote fill master cylinder reservoir, bulk head in trunk with storage area, electronic antenna.
MISC:
Very rare car (8500 produced). 2002 National Street Rod Association Safety 23 inspection, highly detailed. 17mpg Award winner. Cannot verify actual mileage.
