Description:
The condition of this MGB is very good. There are no visible rust spots on the exterior but there are some small bubbles under the original paint that will need attention at some point. There are no dings or dents on the exterior. Small minor blemished as would be expected in an automobile that is 38 years old
I purchased this MGB 5 years ago from a dealership in Texas. They described this as an owner who passed away and their children traded it in on another vehicle. Whoever the original owner was kept this car immaculate for it's age. Everything on it is original except for the radio.
I will sign the title over to a cash buyer. The car can be shipped anywhere in the USA. The shipping costs will be over and above the selling price. I had the vehicle shipped from Texas to NJ and the cost was $700.00. I now live in South Carolina.

| “Vehicle has very small body blemishes. Has original paint with very little filler. The engine is clean and runs good. I drive it sporadically so the battery needs charging if I do not use it for a month. The seats & side panels have been replaced to original. The vehicle does need new carpet. I have some parts purchased that will go with the car i.e. fuel pump, filters and distributor cap, etc. etc. The vehicle is on it's 2nd turn of the odometer and now reads 17,500 miles. Original engine. I keep a piece of plywood under the car while in my garage and notice very little liquid discharge from the engine. It may need an oil head gasket or it could be coming from the oil pan. It's so small though that I haven't put much emphasis in it. The car has been driven less than 2000 miles in the past 5 years. I'll drive it once or twice a month to feel the breeze and to remember life as it used to be.” |
