MG T-Series (1952)

This
roadster is very solid with decent paint. The frame looks good as do all of the
panels. The indicators added by a previous owner look a little odd but will
take little effort to relocate or remove. They are not connected into the
wiring and there is no indicator switch. Upholstery looks relatively new and a
new steering wheel has been added (the original one will go with the car), It has new rear brake cylinders and a new brake
light switch. The distributor internals were rebuilt and it has a new cap and
ignition wires.
The tan top is in great condition and a new custom top cover has been fitted.
The car runs and stops as it should and has a tidy engine bay with a new Facet
fuel pump. The original pump will transfer with the car. It does have the usual
main seal oil leak which has helped keep the underside in good condition. The
car would benefit from re-wiring but is a good solid and honest TD looking for
a new owner.
I am selling this car for the widow of my best friend who recently passed away. I have also listed his 1953 Austin Somerset convertible and will shortly list his 1977 MGB roadster. All vehicles are also being advertised locally so please bid frequently and often These are not fire sale cars but will be sold at a fair price with low reserves.
