Generator, starter, and voltage regulator remanufactured.
Engine details-Machine shop relseeved all 4 cylinders back to stock 1250cc, replaced new pistons & rings, ground the crank 0.010 and had the crank magnafluxed to make sure it had no microscopic cracks in it (it didn't). All bearings are new. New timing gears & chain, new camshaft & added newer design tappets (for better oiling). The head was upgraded to a no-lead configuration, that is valve seats were hardened, new manganese-bronze valve guides and new stellite faced valves, new valve springs too- so you can run non lead gasoline. The rocker shaft was upgrade to new (harder) design and all rocker bushing replaced. The ends of the rockers were machined for consistency. New water pump & oil pump (drive & driven gear replaced). Carbs both rebuilt as was fuel pump. The engine was balanced, runs smooth even at idle, should last a long, long time. Consistently runs 35 psi. oil pressure.
