I'm offering my 1957 DKW Schnellaster pickup for sale. 3 cylinder 2 stroke 45 hp .Front wheel drive liquid cooled. EXTREMELY RARE. ...Only a few known to exist. This truck is in phenominal condition and all ORIGINAL. Ive never had a vehicle where all I had to do was soda blast and paint. It only had a couple of small dents that have been fixed . This truck was used at the Sea Tac Airport in Seattle Washington then sold to one of the Engineers that worked there. He took it home and put in his barn where it sat undisturbed for 50 years. It must have been in the perfect climate for it to be in this shape. What you will see in the pictures is blasted and primed. Unbelievable something can be in this condition after all those years. Runs and drives although I've taken the gas tank out had it cleaned and coated . The original wood floors still in tact. 18, 900 original miles. The rare designed rubber floor molded mat is excellent. Glass is excellent. Stainless hardware door handles etc nice shape. Windshield rubber and aluminum surround is like new. new tires, new brakes, rims powder coated, exhaust good, The only items missing is the tailgate which would be easy to build.
