This plate is all original with no restoration of any kind. Chipping is as seen in the photos. A small spot near the upper center of the C has rusted through, however, the rest of the plate is strong and solid, and in no danger of rusting through anywhere. Please see the close-up photos of front and back for detail, as that tells the whole story. The number of this plate dates it to 1908.
