This is a nice original 1927 license or tax plate for the city of Winnetka, Illinois, which is a suburb of Chicago. It has a very nice patina on its excellent original condition. It is not rusted or broken, and has never been repaired. It is also stamped VT - CLASS A - 1927, and 128 is stamped beneath Winnetka.
