Description Welcome to my auctions.  Up for auction I have a vintage Delaware license plate.  Plate no. is 8 685 and is from 1931.  In nice condition, my opinion, considering the age and use.  Has rust and a few rough edges.  See photos.  ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS.  There will be NO refunds on lots shipped 1st class international.  Refunds will be issued on Priority Mail lots only.  Sorry for the inconvience.  Most of my items are preowned, vintage or antique so will show age approprate wear.  Any damage will be noted in description.  Please ask any questions before bidding.  Thanks for looking.
