A 1936 Virginia pair in good used condition. Both plates are missing a large amount of the original blue paint, but do have a large amount of the original orange paint on the numbers and letters. The top plate has a large bend beside the “4” with some wear and paint loss especially around the border. The bottom plate has two dents beside the “4” and a small dent on the upper left corner.
