From Tippecanoe County, in western Indiana, including Lafayette, Clarks Hill, Dayton, Shadeland, and West Lafayette, and uses the colors of Purdue University! 1950 was the first year Indiana used double-letter county codes in the registration. This is a truly OUTSTANDING EXAMPLE; there are not many "50 Hoosier plates in better shape than this one!
