Lightweight aluminum tag has a bright white base with deep royal blue embossed lettering and rims. 100% ORIGINAL, with NO TOUCH-UPS, and still SUPERB paint gloss! From Jefferson County, including Louisville. Like most Kentucky plates of this era, it uses the school colors of the University of Kentucky Wildcats!
Plate is totally STRAIGHT and lies FLAT, with absolutely NO BENDS, NO EXTRA HOLES and almost NO SURFACE RUST. There is some paint loss on the bottom left rim and on bottom edge on back, but these could easily be touched up if buyer desires. Displays fantastically on your vintage "60s auto or your den or man-cave wall, AND it"s over 50 years old! Plate you see (registration J1-112) is the exact plate you"ll receive.
