Lions International emblem and 17th Annual in purple in center. Background of plate is dark gold. 8/17 is in purple at bottom right corner. 1997, Illinois, Land of Lincoln and 87 all in navy blue. Border is also navy blue. Mt Zion Pony Express Days and August 14-17, 1997 in purple. This is a very unique plate if you are into these specialty or commemorative plates. This one has been used on a car. The bracket holes have some gold paint loss from use. No denting. Please zoom in on the pictures for the condition. Overall a very nice condition plate.
