ALASKA LEGISLATOR LICENSE PLATE 1976/1980This license plate (AAC 005) was issued to a state legislator. This is a used plate, exhibiting some minor damage. There is a slight horizontal bend that seems to have cracked the paint, and an edge crease at the top middle. Otherwise the only wear is at the bottom screw holes. Originally issued in 1976, it carries validation stickers to 1980. Alaska issues special plates for elected state officials. Despite some unauthorized reproductions of the 1976 bear plates, those offered here are guaranteed original. Look carefully at the scans to judge the condition. The plates were slightly too long for my scanner. There are no problems on the ends. Blue line on the images is a fault in my scanner and not on the item.
