This is a recycled Indiana 2004 license plate (# 2 L 8776) that has been converted into a CD / DVD holder (it has 10 two-sided pages to hold 20 CDs or DVDs).
It has a LITTLEARTH EST. 1993 sticker on the front, and, it comes with a certificate of authenticity (shown in the pictures above!)
This is made from an actual real recycled license plate.
The condition is as shown in the pictures.
The shipping cost to anywhere in the USA is specified above.
I also ship internationally using the US Postal Service (USPS).
