The Colorado plate was issued in 1976 to celebrate the states Centennial, the 76 sheild on the plate was used by the state to commemorate the Centennial and Bi-Centenial. It has been argued both ways wether it is a Bi-Centennial plate. The NJ plate was approved by NJ to be used as a cover plate for the front plate that year. These plates are in good condition, please look at the photos closely to check the condition. The plates pictured are the plates you will receive.
