The State f Vermont -VT.- no longer issues these plates, this one has been expired since Sept. 2000 ! Not a perfect plate but one that is hard to find ! There is bolt and and surface rust on the two lower bolt holes., a couple of plate reflectors should cover those marks up. The bird and the numbers are in excellent shape. If you have been looking for one then you should consider this as they are becoming harder and harder to find in ANY condition.
