Up for consideration is a vintage 1960 with a 1961 tab New York State  License Plate.  This old Metal plate is No. BL - 8750.  It has NY EMPIRE STATE along the bottom.  It is in previously owned condition and shows wear from age and use.  There are scratches, paint wear, chips, marks, rust - especially around the edges, a small rusted out area,  and what appears like runs or drips in the paint on both the front and back of the plate. (See close-up photos). Approximately measures 12 x 6.
