Original 1963 unused WEST VIRGINIA CENTENNIAL 1863 - 1963
vintage steel commemorative automobile LICENSE PLATE .
In the West Virginia colors of Blue and Gold.
Never used - in excellent condition. But please look carefully at photos to see
there is some light pitting of the paint, mainly in the upper left corner edge, and
some light surface scratches on front and back, mainly across the A of Virginia,
Generally shiny, clean, and paint color bright.
