RUNNING AND DRIVING 1971 Plymouth Barracuda California car have a copy of the California title been in storage for years original autumn bronze original fender tag is present , PS, AC , PDB, Clear Title in my name. . runs and drives down the road and is a blast to drive . has a 1971 440 with auto it is dressed up to look like a 71 440 hp. . A nice and great running 440 pulled it out of running and driving 71 Imperial engine runs excellent has correct 70-71 HP exhaust manifolds and a new complete exhaust to the back , but the tips are on you. Factory HP air cleaner set up 71 style with correct 440 super commando pie tin, has factory magnum cam installed double roller chain , motor was not rebuilt had 50, 000 miles on it and was cleaned up and I installed a 7 quart oil pan with pick up, new Melling HV oil pump and new oil pump drive, fresh gaskets this was a 350 Horse power motor in 71 but has been dressed and painted as the HP 440 of that year , stock mid 70's big block transmission cleaned checked and filter changed and converter drained checked cleaned, New 26 inch aluminum radiator, rebuilt 1971 4966 AVS carter...8 3/4 rear end 2.76 gears . .This car can be driven anywhere ...Was a original a AC car. I have all the factory big block air pieces factory original Chrysler pieces to go with the car need restored, NOT installed , The body on this Barracuda is super solid the floors are rust free Frames rust free the trunk floor is super nice not pitted up junk , super clean engine bay with original paint Autumn Bronze , the out side of the car was painted years ago and shows its age it has dents scratches and dings, the cars door jambs inside trunk and engine bay are all original paint and in good shape everything on this car is original, except exterior paint, the interior is all original and needs redone even has the shot original carpet but at least this Cuda has Not been taken apart into a million pieces over over again. The interior is over 40 years old needs carpet seat covers headliner dash but like i said all there and can see what you getting a 71 Barracuda that is not in thousand pieces runs and drive fix as you go VIN is in place door sticker all the numbers match on the body , in my opinion the car needs quarters they rust in the lowers behind the tire and some in front patches would do but its up to you, rockers are nice, the fenders are in rust free shape door seems are nice but doors have a little bubbling on the outside corners , Dutchman panel is trashed previous owner had put tape in the area held moister and small rust through started thank goodness it was inside so the trunk floor and the rest survived comes with NEW AMD Dutchman panel in the box . .the UNDERSIDE OF THIS CAR IS RUST FREE No surface or crust RUST FREE so are the floors and trunk, the rest of the body is super solid, but don't get me wrong paint is worn and old but its a good 10 footer and its gets thumbs up whereever it goes. Has a new AMD front valance and NEW turn lenses new AMD rear dual exhaust valance NEW dual exhaust over the axle the sounds great like a 440 CUDA SHOULD Needs tips (that's for the next owner)... It has had a new 1971 Cuda grille installed , this car has 15 x7 rallyes on the front and 15x8 on the back nice 90 % tread on BF goodies tires ... sweet look ... Again CAR DRIVES DOWN THE RODE STRAIGHT AS ARROW... has factory power disc brakes , power steering all the lights work, horn works even the key in ignition buzzer works , a great all around car for the money , they only made 15000 barracudas in 71 how many are left that rusty and apart or restored for crazy money .DRIVE this one fix up as you go .. has a lot of new parts , Drives great and is blast to drive .Its licensed and insured and CLEAR TITLE and I do have copy of California title ..
