For sale is 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner. Car is a true RM23N code 383 Road Runner. Needs restored but is a solid car to restore and has never been hit. I also have a lot of new parts including a completely rebuilt 383 and 727 trans.
Core support, Door sticker, Trunk lip, Dash, and Fender tag all match and are present, no build sheet. Mileage listed is not actual. car was originally a Lemon Twist Yellow, 383, automatic, bench seat column shift car. The front bench seat was pretty rough and I no longer have. Instead I purchased two excellent bucket seats and a rebuilt floor shift steering column. Original column shift steering column is still in the car if you wanted to locate a bench seat and go that route.
The car is as it was when I purchased it over 2 years ago. All I have found the time to do was buy parts needed to put the car back together and I have decided to sell it for that reason. All frame rails are solid and in good shape. The drivers floor pan has been patched in two spots as well as the trunk floor was replaced and put in sections. For this reason I chose to buy a new complete floor pan for inside as well as a new complete trunk floor to replace the previous work and make it right. I also have a new left inner fender well, which needs replaced from where the battery had sat. The rest of the exterior body panels are all very solid and very straight with the exception of the drivers side quarter panel which has a lot of mud in it, but I have a new complete quarter to replace it with. I also have a brand new hood for the car. The car will need a windshield, but all other glass is present. Rear window is out of the car.
The motor has been completely rebuilt with new carburetion and is ready to go aside from plug wires and distributor, as well as the transmission, aside from a torque converter which I do not have. Car will need radiator. I also have the driveshaft and 8 3/4 rear end is still bolted in the car.
