shipping and transportationBuyer is responsible for transportation and delivery however, We are happy to assist in obtaining shipping quotes, making arrangements and helping to coordinate your shipping as needed. Seller will not be responsible for transportation damage or delays caused by any circumstance after the release of the vehicle to buyers selected transportation company.
Payment Methods
Cash at the time of pick-up, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposits must be made by Credit Cards, certified check or wire transfer.
Deposit
The successful high bidder is required to submit a 10% deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. No sale is final until a 10% deposit is in our possession. Failure to submit said deposit in the provided time frame shall represent a voluntary forfeiture of the right to purchase said vehicle. The vehicle will then be released for sale to other parties and Stevinson Imports reserves the right to seek financial restitution for the fees incurred in the re-listing of said vehicle and to file complaints with EBay which may result in disciplinary action and negative feedback. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE PURCHASE.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Buyer's Inspection

Stevinson Imports welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

If you require shipping, we will assist with the arrangements. We will provide a Colorado Temporary can be issued for all purchasers outside the state of Colorado for the drive home if it is a street legal vehicle. All Colorado winning bidders, we are a registered Colorado state dealer and will collect Colorado sales tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
