Stunning, collector-owned 1996 Rolls Royce Silver Spur for sale with super rare, Bird's Eye Maple wood upgrade. This particular example has been fastidiously maintained and it shows. It's current service center, British European Motors, first met the car in 1999 with just 21k miles. At that time it was fully inspected and a service was performed. The owner moved away until 2004 at which time British European Motors continued to perform all maintenance and repairs from 45k miles until present. The car is just stunning in every way. The paint is rich and brilliant, the bright-work is in outstanding condition as well. The rubber, latches, glass look fabulous and function as intended. The inside of the car shows beautifully. The leather is soft and pliable, the sign of a properly maintained and correctly stored car. The rugs have been covered and are as new with just wear on the front, removable lambs wool floor mats. The Bird's Eye Maple wood is everywhere including the doors and is nothing short of breath taking with a deep shine and brilliant odor that when combined with the Connolly leather and Wilton wool is simply intoxicating!
The late 90's Silver Spurs were an entirely different experience than their same-bodied predecessor. They are agile, nimble and fabulous handling ladies chocked full of modern amenities such as 8-way power seat with upgraded, contoured controls and four memory positions; heated seats, Lumbar and more. This particular car has been set up with a Pioneer system with Bluetooth, DVD, Navigation and multi CD changer along with USB and a 1/4 audio input and even reverse camera. The installation is so well done that it looks factory. The doors panels are beautifully finished in wood and the rear of the car make it perfect for chauffeured use with picnic tables, armrest with storage, separate vent controls, footrests and special lighting.
We sold this Spur to it's most current owner with 77K miles in 2011 who has continued it's fastidious care to this day.

Taxes and Licensing: California buyers will be charged sales tax and licensing and processed on your behalf. Out of state buyers (including other countries), we will send title and you will be responsible for registration and taxes in your own state or providence. All transactions will be charged a $55 documentation fee in addition to the sales price. If leaving the state or country, the car must be picked up by a transportation company that can provide a bill of lading, otherwise California sales tax will be charged. (All licensed transport companies provide these). Personalized plates on vehicles (if any) belong to the owner of record and cannot be included with the vehicle.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of the auction close. The remaining balance is due within 72 hours of the close of auction, unless other arrangements were made. Accepted payment methods are bank wire transfers, cashier's checks and money orders. If you wish to obtain financing, please do so ahead of time. We reserve the right to end the auction early. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure exceptional auction integrity. Please do not ask the reserve amount, as we will not disclose this information.
Transportation expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held liable for any problems or damages arising from or due to transportation handling. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees from point of sale to the final destination. In addition, it is the buyers responsibility to arrange & coordinate shipping. We are happy to provide a list of transporters.
Retractions: We will not accept bid retractions. If you bid and retract you will be added to our blocked bidder list and future bids will not be accepted. If you do not follow up on your purchase you will be reported to ebay's safe harbor and we will submit your username to ebay's non-paying bidder program. Ebay allows for you to triple check your bid before finally entering the bid. To bid, you must be 18 years of age or older.
