Hi everyone. With a heavy heart I am selling my beloved 1988 supercharged Mr2. My lifestyle however has changed and I no longer have the space or time for her. I am hoping she will go to someone who can appreciate this rare and well preserved example of a supercharged MR2.
I have owned this car for 10 years and it has been 100% reliable in true Toyota fashion. I have taken impeccable care of it with regular oil changes, including the monitoring of the supercharger oil which has always remained perfectly clean. I have always kept it covered or garaged and most plastics properly oiled to help avoid the common cracking due to age. I used this car primarily for weekend drives and brought it to Toyota related car shows. I have also made no modifications to this car from its original state other than wear and tear items. It has truly lived the life of a weekend driving car during my ownership.
The car will come with its original sales paperwork from Fairfield, California Toyota, original articles cut-out by its first owner, and its original driver manual and key.

Of note, the car has less than a few thousand miles on the following:

*new clutch
*new master and slave cylinders

Please keep in mind though that although the car is in amazing shape for its age, it has expected minor wear and tear and is not perfect. There is however no body damage, it has glossy paint and has a few light scratches and possibly a couple very light dings which I have trouble identifying in most lighting. The only other issues I can identify are that the interior dash has a couple of small cracks in the upper passenger area which have not grown or split in the last ten years. The horn button at one point appeared to be tampered with and needs to be adjusted for the horn to work properly, T-top cover tabs cracked and broke over time but can be replaced. The t-top covers themselves are in excellent condition. The rear storage box lid is loose which can likely be fixed. I have not otherwise had any issues with this car during my ownership and it has always started and run perfectly.
