In my ownership fitted new power steering pump and high pressure line, battery, front rotors skimmed/new pads, brake master cylinder, tires, plugs and ignition wires. Automatic or manually controlled aircon. I have owned car for last 4 years and covered about 2, 300 miles. Car is kept covered in an enclosed car port. Cover and manuals included in price.
