Nice Triumph TR250 in Valencia blue. There are paint flaws as shown in the pictures but I chose to leave the paint as is, I wanted to drive it, not worry if it is going to get a scratch. It drives very smooth and cruises nicely down the freeway with the 5 speed transmission. It is originally a southern car so the frame is in beautiful condition. I drive this regularly and it has proven to be very reliable.
The engine starts quickly and runs good. The Herman van den Akker (hvdaconversions) transmission conversion is the best improvement for any triumph. The wipers don't work but everything else works properly. The car sits level and drives straight.
The interior is in great condition as is the dashboard with all working gauges and lights. The radio with rare original external speaker is intact. All air ducts operate properly as does the heater.
This TR250 has all of the right ingredients to make it the best looking and driving Triumphs I have ever owned.
I have had this car about 10 years.
