You are viewing a 1972 Triumph TR6, That has had a lot of money spent on it but does require some work. ***The HOOD DOES NOT OPEN
Exterior: It shows pretty well as you can see from the photos but some paint has began to peel off (pictured). The chassis was completely restored using POR 15 with a satin overlay. No rust other that a small amount of surface rust. It has aftermarket wheels with brand new tires and a new top that looks great but the windows have fogged slightly.
Interior : The interior looks great and the seats have been redone. The carpet is not faded and looks great also. Door panels and dash are new straight as well.
Mechanical: The Engine and transmission were rebuilt about 1000 miles ago, as was the suspension and brakes.
This is a great car that could very easily be a driver and run extremely well HOWEVER,
The hood is closed and it will not open anymore
. The battery is dead form sitting, So i cannot start it. I have pictured the hood where it has been slightly pried on in an effort to open the hood but to no avail. It chipped the paint (pictured) I wish that I could have photos of the engine and have this car running as it is all new but I cannot. If you have any ideas please feel free to send them My way without cutting a hole in the hood. I believe that the cable has snapped. Either way it is time for me to move on from this car.
