Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Dealer fee of $200 may be applicable for buyers outside of WA state. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist the buyer with locating a shipping company if desired. Please call (360) 771-8165 for further information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle will be released to the shipping company.

If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please ensure you inspect the vehicle prior to the end of the auction period. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
This motor vehicle is sold by the seller and purchased by the buyer “as-is” “with all faults”, without any warranty, either express or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the vehicle as presented herein. The purchaser will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist or that may occur in the vehicle.
