The 1998 model in this color is RARE and few and far between ( I know, I have spent years finding another one). The 98 C70 has a cable gas pedal where the 99 and up have the digital gas. The cable gas pedal gives the car a more sporty feel and less jerky response. The price on this car is based on the knowledge that the 98 is the more desired car among Volvo people, not on age, mileage or anything else.
The timing belt, tensioner, water pump system and rear main seal were changed last month (August 2015).
