For your consideration, a nice and rare m38 jeep. Been in storage for many years, mostly original and very restorable condition.
Running gear is in good shape overall, engine is original to the jeep, although the carb and distributor have been changed out to non waterproof units. 12v system.Engine runs great, as does the rest of the drivetrain. Due to years of sitting, the brake, electrical, and fuel system will have to be gone thru. Needs master cylinder, and overhaul of the lines to be road ready.. Fuel tank could probably use a cleaning, and a liner.
Body is in pretty nice shape overall, has had patches put into the front floors, and a couple spots of body filler where repairs were made on the sides. Toolbox is still solid, although the hat channels are rusted in a few places. The rear floor and wheel wells are in very nice condition with no large dents or damage. One of the better m38 body's I have seen here on the east coast...
Great jeep to use as is for parades or reenactment...has had a field grade restoration done by the previous owner. A small amount of work could make it into a show winner. Clear title. Sold as is, no warranties. Please email with questions. Thanks..
